1. FEMALE tenant ONLY clean & hygienic ..muslim environment . ( *room is shared with another female Muslim Malay tenant from Malaysia . Room mate's Profession: nurse . most of the time working , shift work & long hours. if off day usually resting in room . So room is always quiet & peaceful .

+ deposit () for the first month. The next month is $. * availability is first come first serve . TENANT CONFIRMED ONLY WHEN DEPOSIT IS PAID . ROOM CAN BE REGISTERED WITH HDB IMMEDIATELY AFTER DEPOSIT RECEIVED. AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY !

3. NOT INCLUDE PUB( UTILITIES) , however it is shared among other tenants. (master room 1 tenant , common room 2 TENANT. ) all share utilities/ PUB .

4. COOKING IS ALLOWED . Must clean after cooking..NO PORK ALLOWED/NON-HALAL FOOD.

5. *NON AIR CONDITION room & there are 1 other tenant in the room (nurse) ,Looking for a new ROOM MATE / tenant to share common bedroom . . * NO female , Muslim Malay from Malaysia . * House has NO OWNER STAYING .Room is shared with one other tenant . House is shared with 3 other tenants . All tenants are female Malay Malaysian muslims.

6. Guests / VISITORS are welcomed with the OWNER'S PERMISSION . *Same day / last minute permission is acceptable . *

7. Can register HDB IMMEDIATELY AFTER DEPOSIT RECEIVED.

9. You can live like your own home as home owner is not staying with you. just fellow housemates ( all females) .
