Looking for a roommate (preferably male) and sublease any rooms until from January until July when the lease agreement ends. Address: Dr Penfield Avenue, Montreal, QC, H Total rent: $ per month (looking forward to split it equally) Description: a) 5-minute walk to the McGill downtown campus b) convenient access to local grocery stores (I.e Provigo, Couche Tard etc) c) close to the metro station Peel d) Have got Wifi costing $ a month (cost will increase with the amount of mbps asked for) and can provide with a box spring and one fan (for the summer) e) Apartment is located on the second floor of the building and can be accessed through the elevator in the parking lot (other than the front gate) f) fully functional heating and cooling equipment available g) Laundry facilities available on the first floor ** In the pictures, the room shown on the bottom left is the larger between the two ** Both rooms face the building’s backyard My description: I am a full-time undergraduate student majoring in Accounting at the Desautels Faculty of Management and am right now in my second year. I am Muslim by tradition but have deep respect for people of other faith.
