Looking for a room or a roommate

@ 3 year old ex EMT/Firefighter, Chef, truck driver transitioning to remote work. Looking to rent out a room in a clean house or apartment, preferably with a private bathroom as well. or looking for a roommate to get a 2 bedroom with. Looking to move in, January first - February first the latest. I’m a clean/neat freak lowkey. I stick to myself and in my room unless I’m cooking or grilling which I don’t mind doing for the whole house. Please be friendly or okay with it and I don’t smoke cigarettes. Nothing else.
