Looking for roommate

My partner and I are searching for a roommate to fill a spacious unfurnished room in our bth apartment, that is on the top floor of the building and a corner unit. We are a 5 minute drive to Downtown Burbank and the 5 freeway and about a minute drive, on side streets, to the nearby studios.
The room available has a view of the street, only has neighbors below, and has a large mirrored closet. Additionally, you would have your own private bathroom and one designated, gated, underground parking spot as well. Common areas include furnished living room, kitchen, and balcony. Rent does not include utilities (electric, gas, internet) which vary month to month. The carpet in the bedroom will be shampooed and cleaned prior to you moving and the lease is currently month to month.
