I’m a twenty--year-old male working in downtown Fort Worth, and I have a room available for rent in a spacious -bathroom home. rent is hundred dollars, I’m open to negotiation.

I currently have two cats, and while they’re sweet and well-behaved, I’m in the process of finding them a new home.

I’m seeking a roommate between the ages of eighteen - thirty. If you're a student at TCU, this would be a perfect spot for you! I maintain a balanced social life, and while I go out occasionally, I'm generally respectful of personal space and quiet hours.
