Spacious room in a spacious house

Hello, we have a room up for rent. We want $ for the rent and it is a room with its own bathroom.. $ covers the room with its own private bathroom single people only! We don’t want to with couples. Couples fight and my husband and my room is right across from ours. Rent includes the room with its own bathroom, electricity and water. I have a restaurant sized fridge and restaurant sized freezer. We are a family household, our house is sqft. Big! Plenty plenty of space!!!!
