w/o garage parking + utilities
-Minimally shared bathroom
-Private patio off the bedroom
-Target, King Soopers, and a TON of other stores and restaurants within a mile
-Beautiful walking trails around lakes nearby
-We do have a 4 year old bengal cat so if you have a pet, we’d have to discuss a bit
- friendly
-We both work downtown and one of us WFH 2 days a week
