Hello ladies!

My roommate (F) are looking for someone to take over our third room for the remainder of our lease, which runs for about months. The room comes with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Rent is about $/month and includes water. Utilities and internet are separate and split evenly between us. Move-in is at the beginning of January .

We’re looking for another woman who is responsible, respectful, and good with cats. While we prefer no additional pets, we’re open to considering a cat if it’s friendly and gets along well with ours.

Our apartment complex has great amenities, including two pools, a gym, tennis courts, and Amazon Hub lockers for secure package deliveries.
