About the room:
I am renting a bedroom in my West San Jose apartment near neighboring cities Campbell, Saratoga, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, and Santa Clara. Close to Hwy . The living situation is your own room, a shared bathroom with only me, minimal kitchen use, and no living room use. I have a pet bearded dragon that lives in his tank in the living room (no tending to his needs).

What I’m looking for:
I’m looking for a responsible working professional (no remote working) with experience living on their own, who is clean, and is fairly quiet. This person needs to be ok with the living situation.

About me:
I’ve lived in my home for years. The last couple of years I’ve lived alone. I’m looking to save some money by renting out the spare bedroom. I work full-time as an executive operations coordinator in Cupertino. During the week I spend my time at home once I’m off work. I enjoy the outdoors so during the warm months I try to be out at much as possible. During the colder months I’m home more because of the cold and rain. I’m private and I mostly stay to myself when I’m home.
