Private Bedroom & Shared Bathroom

Hello!

My name is Sarah Haneke and I have been living in a home close to campus with four other roommates for 2 years. I am graduating this semester and will be moving out in December. I am looking for someone to sublease my private bedroom and shared bathroom from January 1st to July st.

I live in a large room in the basement of the house with a shared bathroom up a (short) flight of stairs with one roommate. This is a full bathroom (has a shower) and a washer and dryer for the whole house in the bathroom. This is a great location for any CSU student, but all of the roommates will be working and/or graduated from CSU by the time you move in so there is no necessity to be a student. All of the roommates are women from . There is one 3 yr old dog and a yr old cat. There is a bearded dragon and a snake that stay completely in their own rooms and tanks. We often hang out together and play games or watch movies. Guests are welcome, but a heads-up is preferred when having your friends/partners over. The house has a two-car garage used for storage for the roommates (anything you want to keep out of your room is welcome there too). We also have a big backyard and a deck. The house is a split-level house with 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the top floor, there is an entry room and the kitchen on the ground level, there is then the lower floor with the main common/living room and one bedroom and the bathroom that you will share with the roommate on that level, then there is the basement that is your room (there is no common space in the basement so it is all yours!).
