Carlsbad roommate wanted near beach

Hi- I am moving out of this townhome and looking for a replacement. You will have two roommates (male) in their 's. Both are beach volleyball players, respectful, and laid back. They are open to any clean, responsible, and kind person.

The home is an easy stroll to the beach and lagoon and a 5 minute bike ride to Carlsbad Village.

The home is in "Windsong Cove" Condominium Complex. (Gated Community with pool and hot tub). Windsong is a fairly quiet community but it's a nice mix of families and individuals both young and old.

Our unit has a garage which you can use for parking or leave empty to use for storage, bikes, etc - up to you.

The home has three floors. You will be on the second floor with your own bedroom, balcony, and bathroom. The room has a large closet, vaulted ceilings, and a nice quiet view.

Roommate 1 - Quite, friendly, enjoys travel, photography, video games and football. Works full-time at a restaurant, mostly in the evenings.

Roommate 2 - Friendly and enjoys conversation, spending time with friends and his dog. Full-time volleyball coach. Works days, evenings, and some weekends.

The house is typically quiet but the roomies are open to a more social setting if that's what you prefer. The two roommates are friends but not close friends. It would be an easy dynamic for you to settle into.

There are 6 months remaining on the lease. It is up for renewal June 1 (either month to month or yearly option)

Verifiable Income and credit check required.

Room is available for 1-person, only.

Animals- there is one friendly lb lab-mix ESA and one cat. The lab-mix is calm and typically stays in her room when her owner is not home. The cat stays in her room.

Sorry, no cats and only friendly, calm dogs will be considered. Non-support Dogs must be under lbs as p
