Spacious Double Bedroom(houseshare)

Hi, I am searching for a respectful, compatible housemate to occupy my downstairs double bedroom and house share with me starting in December at the earliest, I'm sure we would both know if we're compatible after meeting if all goes well at the viewing after answering questions about eachother's lifestyle, habits, routine, occupation(s) etc. The communal areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden) are shared & all utility bills are included within the rent. My house is a nice, semi-detached 2 bedroom which is less than a minute walk from town! Only parking available is street parking outside (free). I do also own a pet cat, who's very friendly & quiet. The house also has a loft & a shed for storage purposes if needed (great if you have things or large items you rarely use). Furniture can be adjusted depending on what suits you as we can move things around from other rooms in the house, so it's not limited to what you see in the photos. You can use/keep the tv in the bedroom as shown in the photos if you'd like to! There's even a spare single guest room if someone (such as family/friends) is staying over for a night or 2 which is fine on occasion as long as agreed with me in advance.
