Move in Jan y+ preferred, because I don’t want to worry about moving while doing school. Preferably furnished as well. My cat will most likely stay in the room, so don’t have to worry about her. If you have a cat that’s a plus. Maybe they can be friends. Willing to up my budget depending on what’s offered like if there’s a gym. Chula Vista area works better for me as well.
