Private room + bathroom

Description

This is a BA apartment. Other two roommates (two brothers in their s) share the larger room and bathroom. They are very clean, friendly, and mostly keep to themselves. The smaller room will be open and unfurnished. There is one cat and chihuahua living in the apartment, both super friendly to strangers. There is in-unit laundry and two tandem parking spots.


The apartment complex (Ashton Sherman Village) has a gym, pool, and common area.

We are early into a month lease (/). I wasn't planning to move out so early but a personal emergency came up. I am hoping to transfer the lease to somebody ASAP who is planning to carry it to the end (or at least for a significant portion). $/month per person + utilities (has been ~$/month per person for LADWP, Spectrum, and SoCalGas).
