I have a waterfront apartment and I'm looking for a compatible roommate to share my apartment. 1 year term. There is a wonderful pool, waterfront grill, fire pit, and sand beach tanning area.

I'm a mindful remote professional who lives a quiet, scent neutral, & pet-free lifestyle. I am seeking someone who also values these same environmental qualities. I have an allergy to nuts so I also prefer to keep a nut-free home.

A little about me: I work remotely and have a busy community/social life. I enjoy reading, discussing philosophy/psychology/feelings, board gaming, and personal growth. I am in a committed relationship and spend most of my time balancing between my partner, work, and friends.
