Need Roommate, Spare Room Available

Hi, I'm Drew. I
work in private security full-time while also serving in the California State Guard.

I'm looking for a roommate who'd be interested in moving into the spare bedroom of my apartment in the Rancho Cordova area since my current roommate will be moving out at the end of the month. The ideal roommate will be male, around my age, and be prior or active military, however I will consider any promising applicants even if they don't meet this criteria. 𝐍𝐎 𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐍 𝐎𝐑 𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐁𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃. Applicants must be willing to pass a background check, have a decent credit score, work a stable full-time job, be alright with having two kittens in the apartment, and be willing to sign onto a month-by-month lease.

The bedroom is private and unfurnished with closet space. The bathroom, living room, and kitchen are shared, and are fully furnished and equipped with cookware, a couch, a TV, etc. The apartment complex is gated and features on property
parking, with the apartment itself featuring a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, full-size oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and alarm system. It is also minutes away from the CMD Consolidated Headquarters Complex, very close to downtown Sacramento, and there is also a bus stop and tram stop only a block away.

Per the apartment complex's leasing policy, rent would be split equally.
