All tenants share the fully equipped kitchen (2 Fridges, and a separate freezer, pots, pans, utensils, and everything you need to cook with), living area, dining, back yard with patio, BBQ (Must supply own propane), and full-sized laundry (must supply your own cleaners). Home and front yard are maintained by the HOA, and the backyard is maintained by tenants. Parking includes either one space in the garage or one space in the driveway (first come, first serve) There is no street parking allowed in the community, but there is parking right outside the gate. Rent includes all utilities, and free cable and WiFi. It also includes a housekeeper once a month to maintain all common areas (Tenants must maintain their own bedroom or make their own arrangement with the housekeeper). No pets allowed, and no smoking/vaping allowed indoors, no parties. Deposit is required, $ total move in.
