Looking for a roommate : rinacee2

Hey my roommate and I who share a room are looking to get a new apartment at our complex. We are wanting to rent out a 2 bedroom a little smaller than the one we have now because we pay a little over 4 grand but want to get one that’s about because after an extra parking and utilities it should be less than four grand. Which will mean each or even a little less. We want to rent out the master bedroom that has its own restroom and two sided closet to someone who is clean since we both are pretty neat. We are both girls in our s. My roommate just graduated college and I am a nursing assistant we work a lot of hours and are not home much. We don’t really have strict rules besides being respectful we do allow overnight guest or even friends over as long as we communicate with one another we are both nice and outgoing. It’s a luxury apartment complex with guest parking and no assigned parking as long as you have a residency parking sticker your vehicle is fine in the parking garage. This place is beautiful and has a nice rooftop pool with an extra living room and kitchen that all neighbors have access to with a ping pong table and a pool table. You are also able to rent it out for parties. We also have our own gym right on the roof with a nice view of the angel stadium this place also has a beer garden where you can buy beer upstairs there is also grills up stairs and down stairs to make food on. Downstairs we have a study room with two mac book computers and and office table including a printer all renters have access too. On top of all that we have a snack room with vending machines on the second floor. Also a place to sit and hangout. Downstairs there is a yoga / dance room we all have access to for any workouts. If you want to look at more pictures you can look up the george there might be some bad reviews but I’ve been here for a year and a half and have had no issues. washer and dryer in the unit and can see the fireworks from Disneyland on the roof
