The apartment comes fully furnished with a tv, bed, desk, dresser, couch, and coffee table. It is pet friendly and offers great amenities such as a pool/hottub, gym, trash pickup, and study rooms. There is a new coffee shop built underneath the apartment complex as well as other stores being built currently. I have loved living in this apartment and would love to stay, however I am graduating at the end of the semester and will need to move:) Please reach out with any questions, I am also able to send photos of my specific unit if needed.
