A bed, a drawer on the fourth floor, a chair, a desk, and an air conditioner are installed in one room.
The bed is a full-size bed.
It uses one room per person, one bathroom, and only the living room, kitchen, and laundry space are shared and used by three people.
It's $ per month 💰
You can think of it as the same price as the average American dormitory!
Both credit and payments are available. There are various accommodations provided by UCF, but the reason we chose this accommodation was the distance between campuses, cleanliness, and lighting.
As I said earlier, the distance from the campus (especially the football stadium) is considerably closer than the other accommodations (the others take almost minutes on foot) 😁 Other accommodations are still told that cockroaches and flyworms are not managed at all, but we have never seen a single insect in our accommodation!
There are also large windows in each room, so you don't have to worry about mold. The temperature of the house is also comfortable because there is one air conditi room.
Our accommodation was the only one with a shoe cabinet!
The washing machine and dryer are inside the accommodation, so there is no additional laundry cost. The size of Room 1 (including toilet) is times different from Room 2 (including toilet) 🛌
Room 1 has good lighting, and Room 2 is cool.
If you prefer lighting and a wide-sized room, I recommend Room 1,
If you are sensitive to the heat and like a cozy room, I recommend Room 2. We will pay the monthly rent in December, and if you want, we will help you move in from the end of December.
