Brand-New House - Looking for Roommate!

I'm Bryan! I'm originally from up north, but I've been living down in sunny Florida for the past years! I've been told that I'm easy-going, helpful, and independent. I typically enjoy spending my time either outside, or playing video games. I'm an avid fan of history, and love seeing historical sites and museums!

I'm a Civil Engineer, currently working on an schedule. During the week I'm typically in bed around midnight, and up by . On the weekends, I tend to sleep in, until about . That being said, my sleep schedule does vary at times.

I like to be helpful and social, and welcoming of new faces - as long as the place is returned to its good condition. I'm always open to making new friends, and will always help with the dishes, cleaning, or giving my roommates a ride should they need it!

Keeping the place in good shape is something I adhere myself to. I wash my own dishes, do my own laundry, and keep the common areas clean whenever I use them. I make sure to clean up after myself, so my roommates can enjoy a clean, comfortable space. I'd like my roommates to think of the place as their home, just as it is mine.
