Room for Rent in Quiet Neighborhood

Description

House is location in Santana Ranch. A very quite neighborhood, people keep to themselves, but are friendly and helpful if needed. I am renting one bedroom, fully furnished, with possible shared bath.. Partial use of kitchen, laundry, living area. Have a quite back patio with fire pit and nice view of the mountains surrounding Hollister. All utilities are included, including wifi. I am a commuter so I am gone most of the day, and enjoy the quite when coming home.

Roommate wanted:
Mature, respectable, with reliable job
Single person, please no couples or people with children
Non smoker (including marijuana), no drugs.
Someone who doesn't party
Someone who keeps to themselves and is busy.
No pets

We are social drinkers and non smokers. We have a small senior dog. We are pretty much home bodies, so we enjoy the quite.
