Searching for a responsible roommate that is between the ages of years old. $ a month covers rent, all utilities (including unlimited wifi), mowing, snow removal, common area supplies (toilet paper, dishsoap, handsoap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc. to make it easy.
