The bathroom is shared with one of the housemates. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dinnerware, pots and pans, appliances etc. Downstairs is our washer and dryer in the garage. There's high-speed Internet throughout the entire house, with a tower in your room so internet never gets interrupted.Parking: there is 2 car garage that has an EV charging plug, theres also a spot in the driveway, and ample street parking. **Our street does not require a HB parking permit, and there is only street sweeping on Wed from pm.**About us: We are working professional women. We both work a hybrid schedule. We are pretty social outside of work. There are two very friendly doggies living in the house as well.
