Enjoy a spacious shared kitchen, comfortable living areas, laundry access, and all the essentials to make you feel right at home. Best of all, utilities and WiFi are included, so theres one less thing to worry about! We have three bedrooms available ASAP. The largest has a private entrance to the bathroom and a walk in closet ($1350). The other two rooms are equitable in size and have closets ($1150). We are open to short term leases or longer stays if that is your jive. Were hoping to create a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere where everyone can enjoy their own space while still feeling part of a home. Whether youre new to Northern Virginia or just looking for a fresh start, wed love to welcome you! 🌿 ***ABOUT US*** Hi there! Were a young couple, and were excited to welcome some new faces into our home! 😊 Wes is transitioning out of the military into the private sector, and Piper works in healthcare. Were both pretty easygoing, friendly, and love a good balance of hanging out and having our own space. We enjoy cooking, exploring new places, and making our house feel like a home. We also have two adorable (and occasionally chaotic) furry roommates! 🐾 Meet Indy, our energetic and lovable Aussie Cattle mix, and Monty, our fluffy, goofy Australian Shepherd. Theyre full of personality and keep life entertaining! Were looking for respectful, clean, and friendly roommates who appreciate a relaxed, welcoming environment. Wes is a huge football fan cheering on the Jaguars and Boise state. Piper is a baking addict and loves to cook most things from scratch. We love a good conversation, but were also big believers in respecting everyones privacy and downtime.
