You’ll be living with a professional couple, we’re clean, easygoing, respectful, and generally pretty normal 😂 We like keeping the apartment comfortable and peaceful, but we’re not running a military inspection every morning. The room is private + furnished, and the apartment has all the important stuff: fast WiFi, AC/heat, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee maker, full kitchen… basically everything you need to survive NYC without eating takeout every single day. And the location is a huge plus: about 1 minute from the N/W train, around 15 minutes to Manhattan, and right by all the good stuff on 30th Ave, restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, gyms, and Steinway shopping all within walking distance. Rent: $1,085/month + utilities
Utilities are usually around $70/month during the winter. Looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, chill, and easy to live with. Bonus points if you replace the toilet paper roll instead of leaving one sad square behind 😂 No pets.
