He is a night owl but quiet. He plays guitar and sings at home, but never too late. We're clean, considerate, and friendly people who love to socialize and have our alone time. We love animals but our landlord would prefer if we don’t have any pets at the house. A small well behaved dog might be negotiable. We all value clear communication and are generally fairly quiet. We love hiking, movie nights, music, cooking, board games, and the occasional DIY project. We enjoy hosting, generally for something small like board game nights, but sometime we will host party.
