The neighbors are the best you can walk to the corner Pickford market and your neighbors say hi. I literally call my neighbors auntie and granny. The rent is $1,300 a month with a $1,300dep0s1t utilities are not included but should be around $ 250 for internet, gas, water and power usually a month. Move in November 1st.
