"Hi! I’m Robinsson (34), a professional Chef from Colombia currently working in Fort Langley. I’m looking for a private room to rent or a like-minded roommate to team up and find a modern, renovated 2-bedroom place together to split expenses.
My budget is $1,200/month (all included preferred). I am planning to move in early January 2027, but I am completely open to moving sooner if the right place or opportunity comes up.
About my lifestyle:
Keeping shared spaces clean and tidy is non-negotiable for me. Hygiene, especially in the kitchen and washroom, is an absolute must. I highly respect personal space and privacy, and expect the same in return. While a private washroom would be amazing, I don't mind sharing as long as we both keep it spotless.
Social vibe:
I’m very flexible! I'm always down to chat, share a home-cooked meal, or grab a coffee/drink together. However, if you prefer your quiet time and just want to do your own thing, I completely respect that too.
