THE ROOM & APARTMENT • $850/month • Gas, electric & internet included • Bedroom approximately 7' × 10' • Can be furnished or unfurnished • Shared bathroom • Front porch & good-sized backyard • Long-term roommate preferred ABOUT US We're two laid-back, responsible guys with our own schedules and lives. We enjoy staying active, relaxing at home and having a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. We're both sports fans and enjoy watching games together—especially baseball, and we're psyched for the playoffs. A fellow sports fan would fit right in, but certainly isn't required.
