Looking for a room for rent with utilities included in rent, for my girlfriend and I and our 1 year old boy. Move in date would be October 1st. Would like to stay in north county San Diego. Would like a master bedroom with bathroom included. If it is a shared bathroom I won’t respond. Looking to rent from respectful roommates who doesn’t make the whole household feel uncomfortable. And who’s willing to share common areas around the house. (Kitchen,living room) would like where washer and dryer is in unit
