One room for ren in a 3 bedroom house. The room does not share a wash with any other bedroom and had lots of natural light. Quiet, clean home in a culdesac. Great, safe, family neighborhood. Plenty of street parking. Fifteen min walk to BART, bus lines. Twenty min walk to downtown (theater, groceries, restaurants, farmer's market, etc.). Two women (currently) and two cats, one dog. Pets are all house trained and very cute. Open access to kitchen, living room, garage, washer/dryer, back patio. One bathroom shared by two rooms. Smokers welcome on back patio. Your living situation can be as social or as private as you like among the other tenants. No deposit, but at least two references, a month min lease agreement, with 60 days notice upon leaving. All utilities included (plus things such as toilet paper and common cleaning supplies). You will have your own designated pantry/refrigerator space. Are seeking a female roommate.
