Room For One Person: One bedroom of a 3 bedroom house on a quiet street. The house is bright and airy, with a large covered deck and fenced back yard. Room measures 9’6” x 9’9” or 110 sq ft with a 9’6” wide closet. Shared bathroom next to the room. Gigabit wifi and all utilities included. The house is furnished including a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Move in cost: $900 + $900 refundable security deposit. Willing to prorate if move-in occurs during the month. Looking for: Single person. Non-smoker. Quiet and working a daytime schedule. No pets. We have been here for over a year so you'll be signing a month to month lease and I want someone who will stay at least a year. You will also need to pass a background check. I (male) work from 7 am to 4 pm as a teacher. The other housemate (male) works 6-2:30 as a cabinet maker. We are clean, orderly, and drama free.
