I’m introverted, low-energy, predictable, rational, and usually stay in my own bubble. I’m not looking to be chatty or become friends — just mutual respect and a peaceful home. $550–$700/month, NO deposit. I’m looking for a room, not apartment-level pricing. I’m comfortable $200 biweekly for the first month to test the waters, but I need something that is confirmed/secure before I move in. I’m very close to my deadline and ideally need to move within 1–2 days so I can be close to work. Preferably my own bathroom.
