Professional Female looks in Marin

Hi, I’m Jenniffer a 47-year-old home health registered nurse working throughout Marin County. I am a permanent employee and not a travel nurse and I’m looking for a quiet and peaceful environment to enjoy while working in the area.My husband and family live in the Sacramento area and they are the reason I am gone 9–12 days per month in order to visit them because of that I’m gone most weekends and only around about 70% of the time.I’m very quiet, clean, respectful, and don’t smoke, drink, use drugs, even marijuana or other drugs, and don’t have any pets.My work days are busy and when I get home, I am usually concentrating on finishing nursing documentation, watching TV, relaxing or getting ready for the next day. I usually wake around 6 AM and go to bed by 11 PM.Definitely not looking for a party house, I’d prefer a peaceful and friendly home environment, where everyone respects privacy and space.I’m comfortable being social and having a conversation or eating dinner together but I’m also very independent and don’t expect a roommate/homeowner to entertain me. i’m respectful of shared spaces and understand. that when I’m renting someone’s home, it is important to. communicate well and be considerate of the people I live with.Ideally, I am looking for a private room, studio, ADU in Marin County specifically San Rafael, Novato, Fairfax, San Anselmo, Greenbrae, Mill Valley, Larkspur, Corte Madera or nearby areas. Petaluma could also work if it’s the right place and price.You pray for bathroom would be wonderful, although I’m comfortable sharing with another female. I prefer a female roommate, but a male will be considered in certain circumstances. I will need reliable Wi-Fi for doing nursing documentation at home nightly., Laundry access and reasonable parking since I drive all day going to my patient’s houses. kitchen access is important as well.I am also looking for somewhere my 14&18 year old sons can visit me at either solo or together.
