Hi! I’m Stephany. I’m a 48‑year‑old professional looking for a furnished room by the end of September. My budget is $1,200, and I’d love to live with other women in the 30–60 age range who appreciate a calm, grounded home. I’m a quiet, easygoing person who enjoys connection but also needs solo time to decompress. I work Wed–Fri, 7am–5:30pm, and I’m working toward full‑time hours. I’m definitely a morning person — early to bed, early to rise. Cooking is a big part of my routine, so a usable kitchen is non‑negotiable. I cook almost all my meals and have appliances I’m happy to share (Instant Pot, crockpot, air fryer). Wellness is important to me. I ruck daily, mix in sprints and weight training, meditate and use doTERRA essential oils. I’m hoping to find a space that feels peaceful, respectful, and supportive for everyone who lives there.
