1. FEMALE only accepted, please --- because i have another female renter here for 5 months and the two of you will be sharing two bathrooms (so no "waiting for a toilet" ever! LOL) 2. I collect rent "weekly" except for the first month, it is 4 weeks in advance rent paid in cash = $1,200.00 After that, rent is weekly, cash only at $300.00 weekly. The reason I collect 4 weeks in advance is that nobody tries to take advantage of my cheap, Redondo Beach rent for a week (like a tourist or somebody who is really waiting to move- into a new residence that is not yet ready for a move-in!) and then move-out of my home leaving me with the cost $$$ of cleaning the bedroom and bathroom for just one week's rental of $300.00. 3. Living at my home there is no "last month's rent due before moving in". There is no security fee. There is no cleaning fee.
The only thing you pay is 4 weeks rent in advance, in cash = $1,200.00 4. I am looking for a long-term renter of at least 3 months, one year (maybe longer) is OK, too. You get: Private furnished bedroom '2' SHARED bathrooms so you'll always have a "toilet" available Current occupants: *1 female (guest/ renter she's been here for 5 months)
* and 1 male (senior, and homeowner in Redondo Beach since 1998) in the 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home now no pets, no children, no visitors allowed --- so it is very quiet here * Private furnished bedroom with queen sized bed
* Both of your shared bathrooms with my female guest (Jen) have an electric bidet for maximum hygiene
* 24/7 access with your PIN; so come and go as you please
* Full use of kitchen 24/7
* Private dishware and silverware and cupboards, too!
* Includes all utilities plus WIFI, kitchen condiments, laundry and paper supplies
* Electric massage chair
* Private parking a few feet from my front door No pets, no couples, no children, no visitors, no recreational drugs, no hard liquor, no musical instruments
