Hi, my name is Stephanie. I am a female professional who works in the non-profit world. I am moving Sept 18 and am looking for a roommate. The apartment is 2bd and 2 full baths with LR, DR, and full kitchen with a gas stove and a pantry. There is also a balcony. The available bedroom is 10x11 has its own closet and full access to the hall bathroom and a second closet next to the bathroom. The room can come partly furnished with a double bed, desk and chair. The apartment is in Alexandria's Del Ray neighborhood about 1.3 miles from the Braddock Road Metro Station and on a major bus line. The building also has a shuttle to the Crystal City Metro Station on Weekdays. The monthly rent is $1199 and the room is available September 18th when I move in or afterwards. Parking is free on an open lot around the building. Utilities are $80 for each roommate and that covers gas, electric, water, trash and all amenities. Laundry is by floor not inside the apartment.
