Open to a shared living as long as there is access to the kitchen and laundry. If the basement prefers natural light and one I don't have to run space heaters to stay warm. I don't have a lot of stuff, so I don't need much storage. I will have my adult son visit on the weekends but would stay with me. We are very laid back, clean, respectful and Christian values. Looking to move Sept 1st. Open to all areas in Davis/Weber County I am new to the area and looking for a room for rent, studio, mother in law suite, basement apartment or a one bedroom.
