Looking for a month to month NO LEASE basis rental with a GYM and a BALCONY. Looking to move in September 15th could be sooner. Shared apartment is fine as long as I have my own room / bathroom and you don’t mind i smell like gas at times because I do smoke. I work remote! My absolute max is $2000 although I’ll try to negotiate $1700 flat.
