Hi, my name is Sadie. My roommate and I are looking for a new roommate to join our house! The room is 14x by 10x with a 6 foot long closet with overhead storage. The house has two outdoor storage sheds, in house laundry, dish washer, gated front and back yard, street parking, and is close to trader joes/uofa! Utilities average at 110$ throughout the year. There is a 50$ fee to get put on the lease and a 500$ deposit. The lease runs till May 31st with the opportunity of renewal. We have two cats that don't necessarily like others, but the house lay out allows them to be separated. We are both work as bartenders, like to spend time outside when its nice out and enjoy the occasional happy hour with friends at the house. We both smoke and drink, but keep the smoking to outside. We enjoy walking around barefoot, so we like to keep a clean house/shoes off at the door. The photos of the wall colors are outdated they are now all white.
