Single Caucasian 45yr old Sagittarius male is looking for room to rent or a roomie to split the cost of an apartment or house share. I'm a laid back, chill, easy going guy, get along with just about anyone. I don't judge anyone on their lifestyle, nor discriminate on race, gender, or sexual orientation, give me a gay black woman for a roommate, as long as she pays her share on time & is respectful of me & my property & cleans up after herself, we'd get along just fine. If I end up with a roommate that I hit it off with, I'm open to becoming more than just roommates, if there's a connection & compatibility both of us recognize, why not. I bring this up because it's happened to me before, where my roomie first became close friends, then 1 night we became intimate FWB'S, then finally made a commitment to each other, all because I happened to rent a room from her. Neither of us had any intentions other than being roommates at first, but that eventually changed the more we hung out & got to know each other. So I never say never. All that isn't important at the moment, a room & responsible roomie is, so if you have a room available for around $700 a month, & think I'd make a good roomie for you, let me know, I would like to find something by the turn of the New Year, but the way the market is right now, I figured I should start looking now. Just FYI, I receive disability benefits from social security, which prevents me from working full time. I supplement my income by delivering Uber Eats on my E-Bike, but am limited by the social security admin on how much $ I can make working or earning any $, so I'm home a lot, especially if it's hot out, but when the weather isn't bad I will go out on my bike as much as possible, whether I'm making deliveries or just joy riding. I'm a nice guy, trustworthy as well as trusting, which has burned me in the past. Pls don't break my trust if we should be roomies, because if you do, we won't be roomies any longer.
