Mudança: Hey, everyone! How are you doing? My name's Joao (people usually call me John, and I also prefer). I basically just created an on to look for roommates. I am looking to move into a room on an existing lease. My preference is South End area, but I’m open to other areas in the city (specially Beacon Hill and Back Bay). Please find more information below. I look forward to hearing from you! About me: I am 27 yo gay man and I graduated as a physician in Brazil. I moved to the Boston area (Malden) 1,5 years ago to start my studies to validate my medical license to the U.S. I am usually in the city every day running errands, so an apartment in that area would be perfect. In my free time, I like to be very active (running along the Charles River Esplanade, work out at Equinox), gather with friends, try new restaurants/bars in the city and also travel throughout the country. As a roommate, I care a lot about creating a comfortable space to live in. I am calm, organized, tidy and friendly. I like pets, but I don’t have one at the moment. Roommate(s): I’m looking for a queer friendly roommate(s). If you also value a calm, clean and enjoyable living space then please reach out. It'd be great to find a person or two in a similar stage of life and with similar interests, but that is not necessary. Location: I will be commuting to my job office and to the gym most weekdays, so as I already said, I am looking in South End, Beacon Hill and Back Bay. For the right spot, I am open to other areas so long as the commute is manageable. Apartment: The upper limit on my budget is approximately $1,500, though I would be happy to pay less. I am hoping to find a place that is near a grocery store and restaurants. Timeline: My preference for a lease start is September 1st, but anything between August 1st and September is manageable.
