Hi, my name is Bill. I am looking for a room to near Galway University for my 19y0 1st year student. In return I am offering a room in Dublin which is a 45 minute walk or 12 minute cycle from Trinity College. There's a bus stop outside the house which gets you to the Central Bank pretty quickly. My wife and I are relatively normal people and would expect a bit of late night comings and goings. We're fairly 'take us as you find us'. It's a modest 4 bed family home so it's a shared bathroom and a downstairs loo. We have two dogs who will love you whether you love them or not. Our young adult kids come and go with no particular pattern. We have no interest in renting out the room for cash, just an equitable swap.
