I'm looking for someone to take over my 1BR/1BA immediately, as I’m no longer moving to state college. Large unfurnished apartment at Parkway Plaza for the 2026-2027 lease term (Aug 2026 - July 26, 2027). NOT interested in someone who won’t take the full duration of the lease.
Rent is $1350/month plus utilities.
This is a private unit-no roommates and located just a few minutes from PSU-a bus pass is included in the lease. Apartment is spacious at 750sqft and includes a balcony, gym access, keyless entry, dishwasher, and a large walk-in closet. Pets are allowed
I'll pay the $350 reletting fee, so you won't have any additional takeover cost.
