**Preferred areas:** Journal Square, Grove Street, Newport, Hoboken, Harrison, or Downtown Newark—anywhere with a reasonable commute to NYU Tandon.
**Move-in:** Late August. I'm clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I like keeping common spaces tidy, communicate openly, and value a home that's friendly, considerate, and peaceful. Outside of classes, I enjoy exploring cafés, working on personal projects, staying active, and meeting new people.
