Friends -Two Rooms Available Sep 1

Hello,
My roommate Jake and I (26) are looking for two new roommates (25-30) to replace our two friends who are moving out. There are two rooms available, one is a large room with a private bathroom ($1350) another is a smaller room with a private bathroom but the shower is shared with one other roommate ($1225).
Jake and I grew up friends, so the house has much more of a friend vibe who like to hangout rather than roommates who just pass by and barely talk. We are looking to find people who are looking for more of that dynamic than just strictly roommates. We both are fairly active people who are in and out of the house often, but also don't mind all getting together on the couch to watch a movie or sporting event. We all grew up in Colorado so every once in a while we have other friends passing through town or come to town for the weekend who stay with us, this of course would be available to a new roommates set of friends as well. We like to keep a slightly above average clean house, but also can understand if things get dirty from time to time. It's not a very strict routine in the house, keep your spaces clean and help out every once in a while if you see a place that needs it. We are both fairly social people, we love to get beers with friends and sometimes that results in the late night Taco Bell doordash at 2am. Overall, we are both very laid back people, who are looking for more living with friends vibe rather than a roommate who doesn't really want to hang out. Feel free to message me.
