Looking for roommates!

I am looking for one or two people (Preferably female) to join me in a two or three bedroom apartment near Astoria for an August 1st move in date. I am open to other areas but will be working in midtown so I would like to stay within a hours transit. My max budget is 1500 including utilities but the less the better. A little about me: I am 25 and from southern Illinois. I have a BFA in musical theater and pursuing a career in the arts. I love to bake, cook, read, play video games, go to the gym, going out with friends, concerts, and I am always down to explore or try new things! I am also LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly. As a roommate, I have experience of living with upwards of people on several different occasions. I can assure that I am very easy going and accommodating to live with. I am big on respecting people’s boundaries and space, and work really hard to ensure a welcoming living space. In terms of cleanliness, I personally don’t mind people’s preference towards bedroom or personal spaces. I myself try to clean up after myself as much as possible when using shared spaces but I don’t mind it when others don’t, as long as it doesn’t become excessive (like trash or dishes piling up to much). I may have a friend or two over but I will always ask if that is okay and make sure you have met them properly. The rest I am open to having conversations and figuring out!
