Looking for a potential room 9/1!

Looking for a possible roommate to move in 8/1! I’ve applied to a few jobs out in the Boston area so I may be not be renewing my lease but will know by 7/1! Located sandwiched between Broadway and Federal Hill there are tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and plenty to do! A little over a mile walk from Downtown Providence. Small dog or cat allowed for $100 a month (included in listed price and would be $100 less if no pet!). Street parking is available and first come first serve, Providence parking pass needed. Landlord in the winter does plow and shovel the front of the apartment
