a 37 year old guy returning to school in the fall online. I also WFH online, so a bit of a homebody. Looking for someone to pay half the rent and utilities. The house isn't much, but its a house and not an apartment at least, and its cheap rent. You'd have your own room and full run of the rest of the house other than my bedroom ofc.
